Need to drop your car off after hours for service?
Just follow these easy steps and leave the rest to us.
- Review our easy Drop-off Request Form shown to identify the repair or maintenance or collision needs you may need. You can print a copy and fill it out ahead of time to improve your level of communication to us on the work to be performed.
- Park your vehicle in one of the parking spaces in front of Service or in front of the Large Service garage door.

- Remove your keys from your vehicle and lock it.
- Pull down the front panel of the Black Night Drop-off box located next to the man door entrance into the Service Department.
- Remove one of the Drop-off envelopes. Fill out the outside of the envelope with your Name, Vehicle info, and where we can reach you by Phone during the next business morning. If you are not inserting a filled out copy of the drop-off request form, then add the repair work to be performed on the outside of the envelope.
- Insert your keys inside the envelope, seal it, and push it through the slot in the man door so that your keys are inside the locked building.
- We will identify your vehicle and start a repair order early the next Service business day. If we have questions about the work to be performed, we will contact you at the phone number you have provided.
- On repairs, once we have identified the problem, we will notify you of the cost of the repair. Once again, our ability to make these repairs quickly depends on our ability to reach you via phone or e-mail for approval. Should you decide not to have the repair performed, you would be responsible for the diagnostic cost of the technician.
